PU race track material includes prime coat, base material, bed material, surface grain, surface paint and line paint. It is mainly used for constructing plastic race track.

·Prime coat: enhancing the adhesive force of the based material and the surface. features waterproof and air insulation, so that the plastic race track is more durable.
·Base material: flexible base to improve the comfortable feeling.
·Bed material: abrasive resistance and flexible layer, it is the key material to the race track quality.
·Surface grain: abrasive resistance layer, it must has very strong adhesive strength withthe bed material so as to prolong the life of the race track.
·Surface paint: guarantee the surface grain and the bed material binding tightly and make the race track looks beautiful.
·Line paint: used for paint lines
